Eric Pahl is a developer, consultant and architect who has been working with Microsoft technologies since DOS was popular. Eric got his degree in the early 90's in the field of Artificial Intelligence from the University of Massachusetts, Computer and Information Science division. Eric first learned to program on Commodore64 in 1983. It took 2 years worth of birthday and Christmas money but the investment paid off. He has extensive experience in the Insurance, Banking and Healthcare industry as well as working in the Public sector for the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch. Eric is currently employed by Financial Partners Inc. where he is developing mobile and web based solutions servicing Financial Partners customers.

Eric has over 20 years of professional experience in a myriad of different development technologies that include Microsoft Silverlight, WPF, WCF, VB.NET, Team Foundation Server (TFS), C#, ASP.NET, XML/XSL, SQL, Oracle, JQuery and AJAX. In 2011, Eric took on the responsibility of leading the Western Mass Microsoft Technology Users Group.
